Aligned with the first stone groin that is north of the inlet jetty, near 407 Beachfront. The photo at right was taken later in 2007. The new place to stand to make Site M is exactly where the general site location photo was taken from (not where the cooler is at). |

2010 - No comments. | -x- |
2008 - As part of the project overhaul that followed the 2007 photos, I decided to keep the new sites that resulted from the 2003 errors. So Site M was reactivated this year. It is impossible to replicate the 2003 photo because it is so general (that's how it ended up getting taken in the first place). So the photo spot is now based on the site location photo taken later in 2007 (see above). |

2007 - No photos were taken here. | -x- |
2006 - No photos were taken here. This was judged to be a low-value site, and when I ran out of film on the walk back north I decided I didn't need to make another trip back here to update this mistake photograph. | -x- |
2003 - A north-facing set was taken here by mistake instead of at Site L. It is very hard to appreciate how much the beach and buildings had changed from 1997 to 2003. The beachfill covers all and the buildings that showed up at the left of the frame in the gently seaward shot are very far away. |

1997 - Pre-beachfill photography. Site M was not a photography site in 1997. Top: Site M (at the rock groin in the foreground) as seen from Site L. Bottom: Site M from the inlet jetty. |
